2006

This week I will ensure that:

  • All Christmas food is gone and healthy food is purchased
  • All Chocolate is hidden out of sight for JD's consumption
  • I know the new gym timetable and agree to go 3 times per week to specified classes
  • I arrange to go to the pool on Thursdays with MT

I could lose half a stone in January.

Starting out

Well this week I'll be mostly trying to lose another lb.

This blog is dedicated to me losing weight. I've spent the last 5 years losing and then gaining weight, and this is a diary to help me on my way back down.

The highest weight I've ever been was 14st and the lowest in the last 4 years was 11st 9lbs. So 11stone will be an achievement. I can then decide whether to go for 9st 7 or not. I was 9st 7 at 18 before going to university.
